Terms & Conditions

By booking a Summer Residence stay at the University of King’s College, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Minimum Stay Requirement – A minimum stay of 28 nights is required for all summer residence bookings
  2. Eligibility – Guests must provide proof of academic purpose in Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) (e.g., university enrollment, internship confirmation, research position, or academic conference participation)
  3. Room Types – Both single and double rooms are available, subject to availability
  4. Booking & Payment – A valid credit card is required for all bookings. Full payment may be required upon confirmation
  5. Laundry & Parking – Laundry machines are available for a fee. Limited paid parking is available upon request
  6. Damage & Liability – Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of their room. Damage charges may apply for any excessive wear, lost keys, or necessary repairs
  7. House Rules & Conduct – All guests must comply with Conference Services rules and regulations. Additionally, guests must treat other residents, guests, and staff with respect at all times
  8. Property Policies –
    • The University of King’s College is a strictly smoke-free property (including inside rooms and outdoor campus spaces)
    • Rooms include shared washroom facilities
    • Limited spaces are available, and bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis

Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
